Did a BBQ day, our good friends Dustin and Liz came to help eat it all. Wings, Ribs, and slow cooked pulled pork. It was great.
Aux grill, to get coals hot enough to transfer to pig grill Fan to feed the fires the oxygen it craves. Oxygen entry point, careful its hot. 250 degrees, hard work trying to keep it consistent. mmmm delicious smoke Pork and Ribs ready to come off. Grilled wings, biggest hit of the night. Super easy, will be doing these alot going forward.
Leah made pasta salad, and a lettuce salad from the garden. Good food, Good friends, will do again.
